                              RESOLUTION NO. 21445
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
                 AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CHATTANOOGA HOUSING
                 AUTHORITY, RELATIVE TO ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEWS TO
                 BE CONDUCTED BY THE CITY.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute an Agreement with the Chattanooga Housing Authority,
       relative to environmental reviews to be conducted by the City,
       whereby the Chattanooga Housing Authority will pay to the City
       $100.00 per environmental assessment, plus any out-of-pocket
       expenses, such as publication or advertising costs and
       professional service contracts which may be required.
